Our Privacy Policy is drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the Personal Data Protection Act. It sets out the terms and conditions for the use of the www.sz-pp.si website operated by SŽ – Projektivno podjetje Ljubljana d.d. (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and the terms and conditions for the processing of personal data collected by the Provider.

The Provider collects personal data from customers via the website www.sz-pp.si. As the controller of personal data, it processes the personal data collected in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.
